The reason why large industrial fans can cover such a large area depends on the unique streamlined blade design, which can reduce the resistance to a smaller extent and convert the electric energy into the kinetic energy of the air more efficiently. 1. After the fan hanger of industrial large fan and steel structure roof are fastened by bolts, steel wire rope is additionally wound between roof H-beam and hanger.
2. The frame of the motor and reducer is connected to the roof by four steel wires, which can not only limit the vibration of the fan in operation, but also provide double protection.
3. The connection part of the blade shaft of the industrial large fan and the reducer motor adopts the reverse thread fastening and the tapered aluminum bushing.
4. The patented Y-shaped connecting arm is equipped with double positioning device to prevent the blade from falling.
5. The specially designed safety ring is double connected with the blade root through bolts.
3、 Emergency treatment of accidents.
1. In case of loose installation, displacement and live shell of large industrial fan, shut down the fan immediately and report for repair.
2. In case of danger of personal electric shock, the power switch shall be turned off immediately to rescue the person suffering from electric shock, and the accident site shall be protected.
3. In case of mechanical injury, bandage and hemostasis should be carried out immediately to prevent infection; in case of serious injury, the patient should be treated in hospital immediately.
