Let's take a look at the rust causes of industrial fans

1. Surface pollution: the oil, dust and other corrosive substances attached to the surface of industrial fan are transformed into corrosive medium under certain conditions, and react with some components in steel parts to produce chemical corrosion and rust. This kind of pollution corrosion is quite common on the surface of industrial fans in some places. Generally, if some oil and other substances are scattered on the surface of industrial fans, it is very easy to cause the corrosion of industrial fans.

2. Surface scratch: all kinds of scratch damage to the surface of industrial fan, reduce the protection ability of steel, easy to react with chemical medium, produce chemical corrosion and rust. This is for stainless steel. When some industrial fans are designed, they will be coated with a layer of antirust material. If this layer of material is scratched by a blunt instrument, the industrial fan will lose its diaphragm with the outside world, and the metal will easily react with some substances in the air. In this way, the industrial fan will be more easily corroded.

3. Water contamination: water corrosion is also one of the common corrosion forms of industrial fans, especially when cleaning, it is easy to leave some water in some corners, which will accelerate the corrosion of industrial fans. This situation is particularly common in some places with more rainy seasons.

To solve this problem, industrial fan rust solution

1. Physical method for rust removal

Grinding is a common and simple and rough method. This method needs some strength and rust can be removed, but this is not a good method. If you care about the appearance of the industrial fan after grinding, it is recommended to avoid this method, or if you don't want to use the appearance, you can choose this method. You can use steel velvet, sandpaper or wire brush to grind, if not, you can also wrinkle some tin foil to use. If the industrial fan has a thick layer of rust, you can start with the steel brush, which is a relatively hard tool, and then replace it with a mild tool, such as sandpaper or steel velvet, so that the surface of the object will not be scratched. With proper tools and some strength, most of the rust on the industrial fan will be worn off.

2. Chemical derusting

(1) White vinegar derusting: common things in the kitchen have high acid components, which can be used to remove rust. Unlike small items, industrial fans can be soaked in white vinegar. Because of its large volume, we can try to soak the rag in vinegar, and then wrap it around the items for a few minutes. The method of derusting with white vinegar is relatively warm And the damage to industrial fans is also relatively small.

(2) Lemon rust removal: if you don't want to use grinding or soaking, and prefer natural methods, you can also use lemon juice. Rub some salt on the rusty area of the industrial fan, and pour some lemon juice after it is completely coated. Now let it soak for about two hours. If the soaking time is too long, the industrial fan may be damaged. Wipe it and rinse it with water after soaking. The advantage of using lemon is that it can not only remove rust, but also will not have a very irritating smell after removing rust, on the contrary, it will be very fragrant.

(3) Baking soda: baking soda can not only turn flat dough into delicious fluffy bread, it is also a versatile product for making toothpaste, which can dredge drainage pipes and even remove rust. It is slightly corrosive, so it is more suitable for cleaning rusty things. Pour some baking soda into a bowl, add water until it forms a thick paste, rub it on the rusty area and let it stand for 2 hours. Then, if you want a mild treatment, you can brush it with a wire brush, steel wool or toothbrush, then rinse it with water and dry it with a cloth.
