Industrial Air Cooler, also known as air coolers, are an excellent solution for keeping employees cool and comfortable during the summer.
Unlike traditional air conditioning, Industrial Air Cooler use natural evaporation to cool the air, which makes them more energy-efficient and environmentally friendly. At RTFANS, we offer a range of industrial air coolers that are efficient and customizable, providing a perfect cooling solution for any workspace.
One of the key advantages of air coolers is their energy efficiency. They have lower energy consumption and require less maintenance than traditional air conditioning, making them an ideal choice for businesses looking to reduce energy costs and their environmental impact. Air coolers not only save energy but also effectively keep employees cool and comfortable by combining natural evaporation with air circulation, providing cool and fresh air even in hot and humid conditions.
At RTFANS, we are committed to providing high-quality industrial air coolers and excellent customer service. We recognize that each business has unique cooling needs, and therefore, we offer a range of customized options to meet individual customer requirements. Whether cooling a large warehouse or a small office space, RTFANS has an air cooler that suits your needs. Products Description
Cooling principle
When the cooler is operating, water is pushed from the water tank to the water distributor, where it is equally distributed to the evaporative cooling pads before returning to the tank. Prior to being delivered to the user space, the outdoor hot air is drawn via the wet cooling pads, filtered, and has its temperature decreased.
How does evaporative air cooler work?
Fresh outdoor air is continuously brought into the indoor room through the air duct and air supply outlets after being filtered and cooled by an evaporative air cooler. The indoor environment will be in a positive pressure state due to the constant flow of fresh air, which will cause the initial hot air that included odor and dust to be expelled out of the space and leave behind a cool, ventilated, tidy, and comfortable environment. For any evaporative air conditioning system to operate satisfactorily, a suitable exhaust area and an efficient exhaust are necessary.

Supply Air Temperature
The "dryness" of the outside air determines the supply air temperature. The temperature of the web bulb decreases as the outside air becomes dryer. The ability to reduce temperature is increased.
When the outside air is hot and dry, evaporative cooling performs at its optimum. For information on temperature drop (supplied air temperature with air cooler) under various humidity and temperature circumstances, see the datasheet below.
The secondary cooling effect known as the "wind-chill effect" occurs when air moves over human skin, creating an effect like to that produced by a fan and making it feel cooler. The Supply Air Temperature and Air Velocity both affect the Wind-Chill Effect.

FAQ
An industrial air cooler is a type of evaporative cooler that is specifically designed to cool large industrial spaces such as warehouses, factories, and manufacturing plants.
Industrial air coolers work by evaporating water to cool the air. They draw in hot, dry air through a wet filter or pad, which absorbs the water and cools the air. The cool air is then blown back into the room.
There are several advantages of using an industrial air cooler. They are more affordable and energy-efficient than traditional air conditioning systems, they provide fresher and healthier air by adding moisture to dry rooms, and they are easy to maintain.
The amount of water an industrial air cooler uses depends on its size and the humidity level of the room. On average, an industrial air cooler can use between 15 and 25 liters of water per hour.
The maximum cooling area of an industrial air cooler depends on its size and airflow capacity. Generally, an industrial air cooler can cool an area of up to 300 square meters.
Industrial air coolers are generally much quieter than traditional air conditioning systems. The noise level of an industrial air cooler depends on its size and motor, but most models produce noise levels between 50 and 60 decibels.
To clean and maintain an industrial air cooler, you should regularly clean or replace the filters or pads, clean the water tank, and inspect the motor for any signs of wear or damage. Detailed maintenance instructions can be found in the user manual.
Yes, industrial air coolers can be used in outdoor spaces, but they are most effective in dry climates with low humidity levels. They should also be protected from rain to prevent water damage.
