Products Description
Cooling principle
When the cooler is operating, water is pushed from the water tank to the water distributor, where it is equally distributed to the evaporative cooling pads before returning to the tank. Prior to being delivered to the user space, the outdoor hot air is drawn via the wet cooling pads, filtered, and has its temperature decreased.
How does evaporative air cooler work?
Fresh outdoor air is continuously brought into the indoor room through the air duct and air supply outlets after being filtered and cooled by an evaporative air cooler. The indoor environment will be in a positive pressure state due to the constant flow of fresh air, which will cause the initial hot air that included odor and dust to be expelled out of the space and leave behind a cool, ventilated, tidy, and comfortable environment. For any evaporative air conditioning system to operate satisfactorily, a suitable exhaust area and an efficient exhaust are necessary.

Supply Air Temperature
The "dryness" of the outside air determines the supply air temperature. The temperature of the web bulb decreases as the outside air becomes dryer. The ability to reduce temperature is increased.
When the outside air is hot and dry, evaporative cooling performs at its optimum. For information on temperature drop (supplied air temperature with air cooler) under various humidity and temperature circumstances, see the datasheet below.
The secondary cooling effect known as the "wind-chill effect" occurs when air moves over human skin, creating an effect like to that produced by a fan and making it feel cooler. The Supply Air Temperature and Air Velocity both affect the Wind-Chill Effect.

FAQ
An indoor air cooler unit is a device that cools indoor air through the evaporation of water, providing a cost-effective and environmentally friendly alternative to traditional air conditioning systems.
An indoor air cooler unit works by drawing warm air over a wetted filter or pad, which cools the air through the process of evaporation. The cooled air is then circulated back into the room.
Some advantages of using an indoor air cooler unit include lower energy consumption and cost compared to air conditioning, lower environmental impact, and higher levels of humidity in the air which can be beneficial for respiratory health.
While indoor air cooler units are more effective in dry climates, they can still be used in humid climates. However, they may not be as effective in reducing temperature and humidity levels as they are in dryer climates.
The filter or pad in an indoor air cooler unit should be replaced every one to three months, depending on usage and the condition of the filter or pad.
Indoor air cooler units should be used in areas with good ventilation to avoid excessive humidity levels. It is not recommended to use them in completely closed rooms.
The cooling capacity of an indoor air cooler unit depends on several factors, such as the unit's power and the size of the room. Generally, they can effectively cool spaces ranging from 100 to 500 square feet.
Indoor air cooler units are generally quieter than traditional air conditioning systems, but there may be some noise associated with the fan and water pump. However, the noise level is usually low enough not to be disruptive.
