Negative pressure fan noise solution:
Element 1: the negative pressure fan equipment and the window touch too tightly, resulting in the negative pressure fan work caused by the window co vibration.
Solution: properly reduce the blocking materials between the window and the water air conditioner, and use soft materials to block. If the bottom of the equipment is unstable, the bottom plate should be padded and placed stably and firmly.
Element 2: the negative pressure fan equipment is not good, the negative pressure fan equipment should be floating, and the tension spring of the foot anchor bolt should not be crushed.
Solution: ask the maintenance staff to adjust the condition of the negative pressure fan to make it float.
Element 3: if the vibration damping pad or fixed screw of the motor shaft of the negative pressure fan is too tight, the actual effect of vibration damping will be lost, and the vibration sound will be produced during operation.
Solution: adjust the screw tightness of the vibration damping pad of the motor shaft of the negative pressure fan to make the motor shaft surface level.
Factor 4: switching power supply working voltage is too low, negative pressure fan start or operation, produce abnormal sound and vibration.
Solution: the switching power supply working voltage control in the additional working voltage range. Generally, voltage regulator or switching power regulator can be used to stabilize the working voltage.
Element 5: the negative pressure fan blade impacts the wind shell (cover).
Negative air compressor manufacturer
Solution: adjust the six elements of the fan blade: the centrifugal fan motor rolling bearing of the negative pressure fan is not good, the screw of the axial flow fan base is loose, the fan blade is not fixed tightly on the shaft, the gap between the top of the fan blade and the hood body is too small, etc.
Solution: replace the rolling bearing of the negative pressure fan motor, and tighten the screws on the base and shaft of the axial flow fan. Adjust the distance between the top of the leaf and the cover according to the manufacturing professional skills, generally no more than 1.5% of the length of the leaf.
Element 6: the base screw of negative pressure fan is loose, the centrifugal impeller is not installed well, the speed ratio is too fast, and the fixed screw on the shaft is loose
Solution: tighten the screws on the centrifugal fan base and shaft of the negative pressure fan. Refit and adjust the centrifugal impeller according to professional skills
Normal maintenance of negative pressure fan:
(1) Sorting out the residue of safety net,
(2) Check the softness of the drive belt. If you find that it is loose, adjust and calibrate it immediately.
(3) Whether the rolling bearing of the motor has distinguished sound, if so, check whether the grease on the motor also has!
The maintenance of the motor can be started from the following aspects:
1. Mainly cut off the power supply of the chassis and check whether the grounding wire is excellent;
2. Check whether some screws and coupling are tightened;
3. Check whether the grounding resistance of the motor meets the requirements, and check the contact point of the main control circuit. If the circuit breaker is not optimistic, crevice corrosion may be severely damaged, the circuit breaker should be replaced first.
If the negative pressure fan has other problems that can not be solved, professional maintenance personnel must be invited to solve them, so as not to cause personal harm or damage to the equipment.
